 Namibia has been one of the few countries that have been recoding low levels of rainfall in Southern Africa .In the year 2023  high levels of rainfall have been recorded in the 2nd week of January 2023 in the Northern part of Namibia that lead to a flood , as a result of the flood areas like Ondjiva and other surrounding areas have been flooded , homes where under water, people walk from place to place in the means of water, such levels of rainfall are called the Efundja. Even though efundja creates catastrophic floods that harms property, roads, displaces people from their homes, and occasionally causes companies to lose income, it has also been a blessing in disguise for communities.
