Global warming

 The phenomena of an earth's average temperature gradually rising is known as global warming. Greenhouse gases including carbon dioxide, methane, CFCs, and others that are released into the atmosphere are to blame. Controlling global warming is very difficult, but it is not impossible. Finding the cause of global warming  is always the first step towards solving it. Hence, in order to move forward with finding a solution, we must first grasp the reasons for global warming in this blog we shall examine the reasons and remedies for global warming. 

 




We live in environments where people do what they like and know best without knowing what it can lead to there are many cause that can lead to global warming  without a doubt  global warming has grown into a serious issue that requires full attention. There are multiple reasons that   play a big role that can cause global warming  . These causes include both natural  and manmade factors.  Namibia is one of the countries that is very  rich in natural resource and mostly well known for having a productive economic sectors namely the fishing , agriculture, mining and lastly the tourism industry that also provide so many jobs with in an economy. In Namibia global warming can result in so many dynamics for instance when it comes to agricultural production is the soil is not fertile enough the this will affect production because global warming   causes  the climate to change an  ecosystem as it is linked to human activities such  fossil fuel , Deforestation , intensive farming, and waste disposal can lead to climate change .Gases that also contribute to the greenhouse effect also include like. the main idea is to limit the greenhouse gas .

The consequences of global warming far reaching  and that they also contribute to the greenhouse effect that  also include  and potentially catastrophic and the only way that one can reduce global warming is to reduce the green house gas primarily also try by all means to transition to clean energy source such as a wind and solar energy rather burning of fossil fuels.

To sum up all in all global warming is a serious threat to our planet and society and it effective action is needed . it will require a collective work together so that we can ensure that the future generation get to inherit a planet that is liveable and healthy environment.

Rainfall in Namibia.

 Namibia has been one of the few countries that have been recoding low levels of rainfall in Southern Africa .In the year 2023  high levels of rainfall have been recorded in the 2nd week of January 2023 in the Northern part of Namibia that lead to a flood , as a result of the flood areas like Ondjiva and other surrounding areas have been flooded , homes where under water, people walk from place to place in the means of water, such levels of rainfall are called the Efundja.
